These fees apply for all sactioned ATA “B” regional tournaments

Individual fees per event are

Traditional forms /sparring    $35.00   (3rd+  family member-$5ea)

Traditional weapons    $25.00 (3rd+ family member-$5ea)

1st entry for Xtreme or Creative   $25 each (no family discounts)

2nd entry for Xtreme or Creative  $15  (no family discounts)

3rd entry for Xtreme or Creative   $15  (no family discounts)

4th entry for Xtreme or Creative   $15  (no family discounts)

Combat Bahng Mahng Ee  $25  (no family discounts)

You must be a LEADERSHIP student to participate in ATA Xtreme and Creative.

To compete in any Xtreme or Creative event,

you MUST also compete in the traditional event

(example-compete in traditional form and then you can

compete in Xtreme form and/or creative form)

BLACK BELTS MUST MAKE THEIR LINE UP TIMES

All adult black belts must attend the Black Belt Meeting.  Being late for the Black Belt Meeting will make you miss your competition.  Any ADULT Black Belt expecting to compete must be on time.  Thank you.

ARIZONA COMPETITORS: SHOULD preregister with your instructor.  When you arrive, go to the registration table that has your school’s name on it.  BE SURE to bring your registration forms—marked PAID by your instructor—to the tournament.

OUT OF STATE COMPETITORS: SHOULD preregister by phone (480-497-0515) If you preregister by phone, we will have all of your registration papers and wrist bands, including spectators, mailed to your home address.  You must be pre-registered by Friday January 20, 2012 in order for us to mail your packet. PRE-REGISTERING will enable you to walk directly into the competition area without waiting in any lines on tournament day!If you choose to register at the door on tournament day, please go to the  OUT OF STATE registration table in the lobby.

SPECTATOR FEE: $5.00ea   (children 7 and under FREE)

Schedule of Line Up Times  (1 28 2012)

The times listed are ESTIMATES.  Please allow plus or minus 1 hour from these times for adjustments. Times are dependent upon the number of competitors present.

7:00 AM     Doors open for registration.

7:30 AM     MANDATORY ADULT BLACK BELT MEETING:  All ADULT black belt competitors slips for ALL types of competition will be collected at this time.  JUNIOR black belts arrive for opening ceremony and then report directly to their assigned rings with paperwork.   See your instructor or the registration table for ring assignments.

8:00 AM     Adult Black Belts -  1st — 3rd degree competition.  Adult black belt combat weapons will follow immediately following the traditional events IF TIME PERMITS.   Divisions will be combined as set forth by National HQ.  We will run as many rings as possible at this time, but be prepared to wait until after opening cermonies if necessary.

NOTE: All divisions may be combined except TKD junior black belt traditional competition.

8:00 AM     Color belt combat weapons sparring.  Juniors 9-17 stage in RING BLACK 2.  Color combat weapons sparring adult age 18+ stage in RING BLACK 3.  Junior black belt creative / extreme RING BLACK 4.

10:00AM     Opening Ceremony

10:30 AM     Junior black belt competition.  See your instructor or the registration table for your ring assignements.  Report directly to your rings with paperwork ready.

10:30 AM     Color belt creative / extrmeme RING BLACK 2, Juniors / Adults

10:30 am      4th & 5th degree competition begins and continues throughout the day.

10:45 AM     Tiger white – orange – yellow competition report to RING BLACK 3.

11:15 AM     Tiger camo – tiger black belt competition report RING BLACK 3.

12:15 PM     Special abilities — all ages – color and black belts….report to RING BLUE 1.

12:15 PM     Color belt white – orange – yellow competition begins.  All juniors age 17 and under report to RING BLACK 3.   (follows tiger competition)

12:15 pm    1st call for junior camo – rec black belt.

12:15 pm     Junior black belt combat weapons sparring.. report to line up area.

2:00 pm     Adult white – orange – yellow  belts report to ..RING BLACK 3.

2:00 pm     Adult camo – rec black report to line up area.

2:00 pm     Adult black belt creative / extreme report to line up area.
